Paderewskis
Ingredients
- 1 cup soft butter
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup walnuts finely chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Blend all ingredients well. Roll on lightly floured cloth covered board with cloth covered rolling pin to about 1/4 inch thick or less. Cut with cookie cutter 1 1/2 inch in diameter. Bake 10 to 12 minutes on ungreased baking sheet. Cool. Cookies may be served plain, sprinkled with confectioner's sugar, frosted with bitter chocolate icing (just melt Bakers chocolate and drizzle) or stack together sandwich fashion with raspberry jam.
