Ingredients

• 1 recipe pizza dough for 12 inch pizza
• olive oil to brush on dough
• 2 clove garlic minced
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 to 1 1/2 cups coarse shredded zucchini, pressed and drained
• 1 large meaty tomato, sliced thin
• 1 small package mozzarella cheese, shredded
• grated parmesan cheese
