No Bake Strawberry Bottom Cheesecake

Turn your cheesecake upside down with this lovely no bake dessert recipe. Made with a graham cracker bottom and a layer of glazed strawberries covered with a creamy, lite, cheese topping, this elegant dessert will be a success. Cheesecake lovers will applaud it's magnificence.

Notes

I made strawberry glaze with heated strawberry jelly. Also if carrying this someplace on a hot day or it has to sit out at a p[icnic table. Mix unflavored gelatin with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Stir until dissolved and then mix in with filling at once. IF it sits around it gets firm and you have to microwave it or heat it again to get it to a liquid state.
