Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 square unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Carefully melt butter and chocolate together. Combine with the other ingredients after it has cooled a bit; pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool before serving.
