Make a sweet pie that is full of flavor with this quick and easy dessert recipe. This is one of the best simple dessert recipes around. This cream cheese-based fruit pie is an absolute treasure.

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon rind, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup coconut, flaked
  • 1 1/2 cups orange sections
  • 1 1/2 cups banana slices
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
Instructions
  1. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and lemon rind. Fold in the whipped cream and coconut.
     
  2. Spread mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Freeze.
     
  3. Before serving, mix the fruit with the marmalade and let it stand for 5 minutes. Fill the cream cheese shell with the fruit mixture.
