Pasta with Sauteed Vegetables

Ingredients
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced into matchstick slices
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow squash, sliced into matchstick slices
  • a few fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp oil, more or less
  • 1 Tbsp little butter, more or less
  • 3 Tbsp dry white wine, more or less
  • 1/2 pound pasta cooked
Instructions

Saute the vegetables in the oil and butter over med. heat until crisp tender. Add the wine and simmer for about 2 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta. Other things that can be added are sweet red bell peppers, green peppers or any vegetable that you like.
