Pasta Coi Broccoli

Ingredients
  • 500 grams pasta (suggested Orecchiette, absolutely not Spaghetti)
  • 500 grams broccoli
  • 4 pieces garlic
  • 3 Hot red peppers (or 1 teaspoon of chili powder)
  • 10 tablespoons best Olive Oil
  • 6 salted anchovies
  • Salt
Instructions

(4 Servings). Chop the broccoli into pieces (cubes of 1 and 1/2") and put them into a wide pan filled with water and salt (not too much salt, obviously). As the water boils put the pasta into the pan with a tbl spoon of oil to prevent pasta from glueing together. Stir about 1 minute, then let the water boil. Orecchiette require about 15 minutes. In the meantime melt the 6 (or even more!) anchovies into a shallow pot before putting it into the pan) and the peppers. As the 15 minutes have passed, taste the pasta: if it is cooked, remove the water from the wide pan, and put the dried pasta and broccoli into the swallow pan, still lightly, lightly, lightly and happily frying. Stir for about 1 minute and serve hot.
