Pasta in Food Processor

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 3 medium eggs
Instructions

Combine flour and eggs in food processor. Using "bread" blade, process until pasta forms a ball. (Mine is plastic rather than the standard metal blade) (Add water a few drops at a time until ball forms) If its too sticky add a little flour. When ball forms take it out of processor and divide into two balls. Take each of the divided balls and divide again. (total 4 balls). Put the divided balls back in the food processor and blend back to one ball. Repeat this process one more time. Dough should come out smooth, firm yet elastic.
