Orecchietta Con Cime Di Rapa O Con Verdure Stagionali

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch broccoli rabe
  • 1 pound orecchiette pasta
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic; chopped
  • 3 anchovies
  • 4 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

Yield: 4 servings. Cook broccoli rabe in two quarts of water. Bring to a boil. Pour in pasta and cook until pasta is al dente. Drain, pour into serving bowl and set aside. In frying pan, saute garlic in olive oil. Add anchovies and bread crumbs. Cook for two to three minutes. Pour mixture over pasta and serve.
