Homemade Noodles

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Beat the 4 eggs in a mixing bowl,add the milk than add the flour slowly while mixing. Flour counter top. Roll out doughto a thin layer and cut to desired length. Add to whatever you are cooking.

Whew! Kind of a lot of work! But I just had to try my hand at making homemade noodles! Now I can say I've done it! They do taste delicious, and I added some parsley flakes to the dough because I have a hard time holding back. lol Store bought noodles are a totally different food from homemade noodles. Homemade are thicker, chewier, and heavier, so go easy on the portion size. Just because people can't finish what's on their plate doesn't mean they don't like them-they're just so filling that a little goes a long way! I served mine with a chunky marinara sauce and meatballs.
