Linguine in Clam Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 16 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 8 ounces linguine, cooked, drained
  • 13 ounces clams, minced, drained
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup parsley, fresh chopped

Instructions

Yield: 6 servings. Saute garlic in butter in large skillet over low heat for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in clams, parsley, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Pour over linguine and toss well. Heat through and top with Parmesan cheese.
