Hummus

Ingredients
  • 1 can chick peas
  • Tbsp or so of tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic or to taste
  • 1/4 -1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 dill pickle
  • 2 tsps cumin or more
  • 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions

Drain the chickpeas into a seperate container, so that you can just use the water drained from them. Some people use olive oil, but this has less fat. Basically you mush all this stuff up with a hand blender (do it bit by bit if you're doing it that way) or in a food processor. Try it, then add stuff you think you might want more of.
