Simply Parsnips (650 Watts)

  • 400g parsnips
  • 2 Tbs cream or milk
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 Tbs chopped parsley

Peel and grate the parsnips, discarding any tough core. In a medium dish mix the parsnips, cream, butter and nutmeg. Cook on HIGH 8 to 10 minutes or until soft. Stir just before serving sprinkled with parsley.
