Pork Spareribs in Tangy Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1kg pork spareribs
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsps soy sauce
Instructions

(Microwave 600 watts). Trim spareribs of rind and excess fat, place ribs in a shallow dish. Cook on HIGH 14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time. Drain fat from dish carefully. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the ribs; cook on HIGH 3 minutes or until hot.
