Instructions

crack egg into cup. Sprinkle with salt. Prick yolk with toothpick to. prevent exploding. Place cup in center of microwave oven. Cook. uncovered at 50% power for about one and a half minutes or until. desired doneness is reached. Let sit for a minute before unmolding. with a rubber spatula.
