Microwaved Mushrooms

Ingredients
  • 100 grams mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
  • 1 or 2 tsps Chinese-style sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
Instructions

Cut the mushrooms into big chunks if necessary and place in a covered microwave-able dish together with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook on High for 3 minutes, until the mushrooms are wilted and juicy, but not mushy. Remove lid, add green onions, stir around, then replace lid and let sit for a couple of minutes.
