Microwave Hollandaise

Ingredients
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • juice of 1/2 lemon, or to taste
  • dash of cayenne pepper
Instructions

Throw it all into a 1-qt microwave safe bowl. Break up butter and yolks. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes, topping oven to stir every 10-12 seconds or so till very thick. Season with cayenne.
