Microwave Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- salt (optional)
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
Instructions
Makes 1 serving. In a 9" square microwavable dish melt butter and chocolate. Stir to mix. Add eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and vanilla. Mix together. Put into microwave. Cook on high 3 minutes. Turn 1/4 turn. Cook on high 3 minutes. Cool.
