Beer/cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 c frozen mixed cauliflower, broccoli, carrots
  • 1/2 c beer
  • 1 Tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 1/2 c shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
  • croutons

Instructions

In a casserole dish, combine beer, veggies, and onion. Microwave 3-4 minutes. Stir in soup, milk, cheese. Microwave, covered, on high for 6-8 minutes. Top with croutons before serving.
