Chuck Steak Marinade
Try this flavorful chuck steak marinade for an easy way to infuse flavor into your meal. It's great for grilled steaks.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chile powder
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- Dash tabasco sauce
- 2 teaspoons sweet relish
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in blender and blend. Pour over a 3 lb. chuck steak and cover with a chopped onion, and 3 cloves of minced garlic. Marinate overnight. Brush with marinade while grilling.
