Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp pepper blend
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder or fresh garlic to taste
  • 2 Tbsp dry minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
Instructions

Enough marinade for 4 chicken breasts. Put all ingredients in a zip-lock bag and add chicken. Toss around in the bag to coat. Then let marinade for 30 minutes to 2 hours. You can adjust all these to taste. The key to moist chicken is the marinade and also to grill over a low flame. If you cook it too hot, it will dry out.
