Bourbon Marinade for Steak
Use this quick and easy marinade recipe to add succulent flavor to any meat dish, from beef and pork recipes to chicken and turkey recipes.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and refrigerate.
2. Use this marinade on all types of meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, etc.
