Beefsteak Marinade

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup vermouth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Combine all marinade ingredients in electric blender container. cover; process for about 2 minutes. Pour marinade over steak; let stand at room temperature for 4 hours. Remove steak from marinade before cooking. Marinade may be used for basting sauce when cooking steak or reserved for other uses.
