Delicious Italian Meatballs

Tired of the same old pasta? Switch it up with this recipe for Italian meatballs. This is a great recipe to jazz up those boring noodles. With only three steps and a 45-minute cook time, it is a perfect after-work or weekend meal.

Cooking Time: 45 min

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Prego meat flavored sauce
  • 1 pinch garlic powder, to taste
  • 1 pinch oregano, to taste
  • 1 pinch basil, to taste
  • parsley flakes
  • 1 dash thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • Italian bread crumbs
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together.
     
  2. Roll in 1-1/2" diameter and put into a pot of spaghetti sauce (use the rest of the jar of Prego).
     
  3. Cook for 45 minutes on low to medium heat.
