Christmas Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 2 pkg cream cheese
- 1 pound grated cheddar
- 1 T green pepper, minced
- 1 T pimento, minced
- 1 T onion, minced
- 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- dash cayenne
Instructions
Mix together cream cheese and cheddar well with hands. Add green pepper, pimento and onion. Add Worcestershire, lemon juice and cayenne. Mix well. Form into 1 large ball or 2-3 smaller balls. Roll completed balls in parsley, walnuts or almonds. Allow to age in fridge. These make great gifts.
