Teriyaki Flank Steak

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 ts ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic
Instructions

Yield: 6 servings. Trim excess fat from steak; place steak in a shallow container. Combine next 8 ingredients, stirring well. Pour marinade over steak. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove steak and reserve marinade. Grill steak 5 inches from hot coals 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Baste with marinade during cooking. Garnish with onions. Note: Any steak may be substituted for flank.
