Country Style Ribs

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg country style ribs or thick sliced pork chops
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons Cavandish seasoning
  • 1/2 Tsp MSG or Accent
  • 1/2 Tsp thyme
  • 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Melt butter in small pot, add all spices. Let simmer for several minutes. Lightly sear ribs/chops over fairly hot charcoal on each side. Cool the fire by closing off intake vents slightly, then dip each rib/chop in sauce, return to fire, turning every several minutes and repeating the dipping until done.
