Grilled Peaches

Ingredients
  • 825 grams can peach halves in natural juice, drained
  • 1/3 cup castor sugar
  • 2 T ground almonds
Instructions

Combine castor sugar and almonds on a plate. Press cut side of peaches gently down to coat with this mixture. Place under grill, preheated to high, and cook until sugar is caramelised. Serve with ice cream, marscapone or toasted fingers of brioche. Serves 4 to 6
