The Ultimate Spatula was the first product to come from GIR and the design is incredibly thought out. The silicone material is nearly indestructable and won't melt with high heats like many spatulas do. This is so important if you are trying to melt chocolate, scrape the sides of a pot, or transfer hot liquids. The silicone has just the right amount of stiffness to give stability while also having flexibility.
The Ultimate Spoon is a great complement to the spatula. You can safely dish out your food from nonstick cookware without fearing a scratch. I like using the spoon to stir sauce, take a taste of what I am cooking, and to serve.
