Cooking Time: 1 hr 10 min

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds fish fillets
  • 2 large onions
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon tomato boullion powder or 1/2 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cut up the onions and brown lightly in 4 tablespoons olive oil.
