Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 8-oz pkg light cream cheese
  • 8 ounces pkg grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces container sour cream
  • 2 small cans artichokes, chopped finely
  • 10 ounces pkg frozen spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. marjoram
  • crushed red pepper to taste
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and place under a broiler until the dip browns, and is hot and bubbly.
