Best Party Bean Dip
If it's game-day and you're looking for easy party appetizer recipes then look no further. The Best Party Bean Dip is as easy as it is delicious. Made with my special blend of seasonings, you'll be dipping chip after chip.
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced and seeded
- 8 ounces green chiles, diced
- 32 ounces refried beans
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Cook onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add tomatoes and chilies. Cook on medium 5 minutes.
- Add salt, oregano, chili powder, cumin, tabasco sauce, tomato sauce and refried beans. Heat through.
- Top with cheddar cheese and enjoy.
