Pineapple crisp? I had no idea you could make a crisp with pineapple. I am so in love right now. I want to make a ton of this dessert and serve it with a fresh bowl of whipped cream. Everyone can pile as much or as little as they want on top. I will be in heaven just eating the pineapple crisp. Pineapple is my favorite fruit.
