Pear Crisp

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. sliced pears
  • 25 milliliters lemon juice
  • 25 milliliters flour
  • 250 milliliters rolled oats
  • 175 milliliters sugar
  • 250 milliliters flour
  • 200 milliliters brown sugar
  • 175 milliliters butter
Instructions

Mix pears, lemon juice, sugar and 25 ml of flour together and place in a greased baking pan - 20 cm square. Combine flour, oats and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture over pears and bake at 180 degrees C. until pears are tender and topping is golden brown - about 35 minutes.
