Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pkgs. instant or regular vanilla pudding
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip
  • Hershey's chocolate sauce
Instructions

Boil 1 cup water plus 1 1/2 sticks margarine for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add flour. Mix well. Add 4 eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Spread batter into greased jelly roll pan and pat down. Bake at 325 degrees F for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool. Prepare pudding according to directions on the box. Add softened cream cheese. Spread on top of crust. Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle top with chocolate. Cover and refrigerate.
