Brownie Berry Trifle

Ingredients
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg (4 serving size) raspberry jello
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 baked 9-inch square brownie layer, cooled, cut into 1 inch squares
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkgs (4 serving size) vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup cool whip
Instructions

Stir boiling water into jello until completely dissolved. Add ice, stir until ice is melted and jello starts to thicken. Place brownie pieces into 2 1/2 quart trifle bowl, cover with jello. Refrigerate. Pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes until well blended. Spoon over brownie layer, top with raspberries and whipped topping. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
