Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  • approx. half a loaf of white bread crumbled
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbs vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • a pinch of ground cloves
Instructions

Crumble bread into a baking dish. Mix all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Cover bread with mixture. Bake at 325F for approximately 45 minutes or until pudding has solidified and is brown on top.
