Blueberry Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup softened margarine
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 cups sweetened whipped cream or 1 envelope Dream Whip (prepared)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can chilled blueberry pie filling
Instructions
Mix together flour, margarine, and pecans. Press into square pan. Bake 10-15 min at 350. Cool in refrigerator. Whip together prepared Dream Whip, cream cheese, sugar, and additional vanilla. Put on top of first mixture. Chill. Top with 1 can chilled blueberry pie filling. Chill.
