What a luscious, delectable, indulgent ice cream and so simple! It looks too good to be true but I am going to try it. I love ice cream and I love cream liquors. In South Africa we have our own cream liquor made from the marula fruit and I am going to try this ice cream with that. Yum, yum, I can't wait to eat this.

Three of my favourite things in the world combined together in one bowl, baileys, chocolate and ice cream!!! Who could resist the temptation of trying this!! I wonder will my partner love the idea of this as much as I do!! Would you recommend using a non stick loaf tin, or could you even use a old ice cream carton?

This is a really simple and practical recipe. I love these ice cream recipes that don't need churning. I'm trying to cut down on sugar and wonder whether this could be made successfully with sugar free chocolate chips and a little sweetener if needed. Or I guess fresh fruit would make it even healthier? Does anyone have any great, foolproof sugar free ice cream recipes?

Oh this sounds sooo good! It looks a lot easier than some ice cream recipes!
