Pecan Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup broken pecan pieces
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Mix and sift the first 3 ingredients.
- Add sugar to eggs, then the pecans sprinkled with flour, then the flour mixture.
- Bake in small greased muffin pans at 325 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
