Slow Cooker Potato Casserole

Easy casserole recipes for dinner are always a great idea, but manage to find a way to make it in your slow cooker and it's just fantastic! If you're looking for an awesome dish for dinner, this Slow Cooker Potato Casserole is delicious, and easy!

Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 large potatoes, peeled and sliced or cubed
  • 1 pound large sausage links, or 2 packages smoky-links, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 1/2 cups Colby or mild cheddar cheese, shredded or cubed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In slow cooker, layer potatoes, sausage and cheese. Salt and pepper as desired.
     
  2. Repeat for 2 more layers. Combine soup and milk and pour all over top.
     
  3. Cook 6 - 8 hours on low or until tender.
