- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla, water and salt. Add flour to creamed mixture. Add chips and nuts.

Form into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.

These were very delicious...although I needed to add more water to the batter as it wouldn't stick together. I also needed to leave it in 10 minutes longer. But finally they came out good. I think rolled them in powdered sugar twice.
