Better Than (You Know What) Cake

Better Than (You Know What) Cake is a sinfully delicious cake mix recipe that you simply won't be able to get enough of. First, a chocolate cake is prepared according to package and poked with holes. Sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce are poured over the cake to seep into the holes, making it super moist. Then, top this layered dessert off with Cool Whip and toffee bits, and you have yourself a dangerously delicious dessert.

This cake is heaven! I am a sucker for a poke cake. They just turn out so moist and delicious! The thing to remember when making one is to trust the recipe. It might look like a lot of liquid being poured on, but it will all soak in and will be amazing. This recipe is so dreamy an creamy and good. I love the Skor Bar topping, but also think it would be fun to make the same cake base and substitute the candy bar. I would maybe try Snickers or Peanut Butter Cups for a completely different flavour profile. You can also make this recipe a day or so ahead of your party and keep it in the fridge (time saver!) Don't forget to add a generous helping of Cool Whip or whipped cream when serving! You will not have any leftovers.

Yummy! I love the recipe that just throws out ideas for everyone to make it their way. I love poke cake and this just adds to it. I am not sure about the sweetened condensed milk so I would skip that and I would use a different candy as the rest of the family hates toffee. Just for me, I would use the Skor bars.

That was stretching! How fine ! But after a cake better it can be simply a bread!

This is so yummy

Skor bars are hard to find, so Heath Bars work. Cake is so delicious!
