- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs or breast
- 1 cup wine
- 2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Take 9-inch oven safe dish and line it up with chicken.

Season it with salt and pepper and cover with wine.

Sprinkle cheese on top and pop to oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked thru and cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with pasta and enjoy.

This looks so easy! I think I'd try white wine with chicken, but am very tempted to try this one soon! :-)
