Frozen Peppermint Cheesecake with a Brownie Crust

With how busy the holidays get, make-ahead desserts are ideal. This recipe for Frozen Peppermint Cheesecake with a Brownie Crust is the perfect Christmas dessert recipe because it has to sit in the freezer overnight, or at least for eight hours. With a thick layer of brownie as the crust, this peppermint cheesecake is absolutely decadent. Since this Christmas dessert is frozen, it does not have the consistency of a normal cheesecake. It tastes more like a thick peppermint ice cream on top of a delicious, chocolate brownie.

Oh, you did not put peppermint flavor in a cheesecake, did you? You did! The cookie crust has to be the best way to make this dessert. I love that you chose to use peppermint. I have been looking for a fun recipe to use for the holidays. Since my family loves cheesecake, this dish will be the best one to surprise them for Christmas dinner. I can't wait to show it off. Great post!
