I have been searching for what I called a "fancy oreo cheesecake" recipe...more than an ordinary cheesecake just topped with oreo cookies. I think I finally found one worth trying! This cheesecake is simple to make but looks like it took you hours and hours to make! It's very interesting that it includes Greek yogurt. I'm sure this adds a lightness to the texture. Also, if you don't actually have the time or patience to make a chocolate ganache simply melt some chocolate and sprinkle that over the top! Nice and easy!
