Ingredients
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 onion, cut in rings
  • 2-3 stalks of celery
  • 4-5 carrots
  • 8 oz.s tomato sauce
  • 1 package smooth tofu cut in 1 1/2 inch chunks, optional
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • water
Instructions

Layer bottom of pot with onion rings. Then add celery, carrot and potatoes. Add seasonings, tomato sauce and enough water to cover.
