Rise and Shine Casserole


The best casserole recipes are ones that invigorate you any time of day. This Rise and Shine Casserole will help you greet the morning.

Cooking Time: 1 hr

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Press rolls into bottom of Pyrex dish to form a crust (do not form rolls according to directions on package).
  3. Cook sausage in a pan, ground and drain.
  4. Pour sausage onto crust.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
  6. Mix together milk and eggs with a whisk.
  7. Pour mixture evenly over cheese.
  8. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
