Ingredients
  • 8 ounces can tuna or salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pound mashed potato
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 2 Tbs milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 ounces grated cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes
Instructions

Drain and flake the fish. Combine with potatoes, milk, half the cheese, salt and pepper and mustard. Place in a greased casserole, cover with sliced tomatoes. Top with remaining cheese. Place in hot oven 400 F for 15 minutes.
