Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces package medium noodles
  • 16 ounces can tomatoes
  • 4 ounces can mushroom stems and pieces
  • Shredded cheddar cheese for topping
Instructions

Brown meat, celery and onion together until vegetables are tender. Drain fat drippings. Prepare noodles according to package directions. Combine meat mixture with drained noodles, tomatoes, undrained mushrooms and salt. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 8.
